Custom Training Plans

As a Koko FitClub member, you'll have a year-long fitness plan created specifically for you and your goals. Your plan will include a combination of multi-week workout programs designed for Koko by a group of world-class private trainers, including Michael Wood, Kathy Kaehler, and  Robb Parr.

These top fitness professionals have each trained hundreds of professional and college athletes as well as some of Hollywood’s hottest - and fittest - stars like Madonna, Bruce Willis, Demi Moore, and Hugh Jackman.

Depending on your custom plan and goals, here's just a few of the many types of Koko programs you can expect to enjoy as a Koko FitClub member.

Fat Burner Plus

This fast-moving program works the entire body, focusing on major muscle groups to fire up your metabolism and burn fat. You'll benefit from an increased post-workout “after burn,” enabling your body to continue to burn calories at a higher rate for as much as 24 hours after exercise.

Performance Golf

Your golf swing is a direct reflection of your body’s strength, flexibility and balance. This program improves core strength, overall balance, and flexibility with golf-specifc movements that will help any golfer add yards and accuracy while reducing nagging injuries.

Sculpt and Tone

This program focuses on compound movements to increase definition in the arms, back and shoulders while toning the lower body. An additional focus on the core targets abdominals and lower back for a lean and fit appearance.

Sports Conditioning

Incorporating a unique group of ever-changing strength and cardio exercises to improve performance and reduce injuries,  this program builds overall body strength and flexibility as well as ligament and tendon strength to improve joint stability. 

Fit Mom

A postpartum program designed specifically for the new mother.  Working safely and gradually through a progression of exercises ranging from simple to more complex movments, this program will help any new mom reclaim her body in no time.

The Rock Star Workout

Celebrity trainer Rob Parr's latest muscle-building masterpiece, The Rock Star Workout. Parr has designed workouts for Madonna, Bruce Willis, John McEnroe, Naomi Watts and Demi Moore. Now, with his latest program for Koko, you'll feel like a Rock Star as this powerful program challenges every major muscle group.
