Get Fit a Little Faster at Koko FitClub

Staying fit is a priority in my life. But staying healthy, even for vanity’s sake, is a challenge when I am pressed for time. I recently stumbled on a workout program, Koko FitClub, that is efficient, challenging and fast — 30 minutes max. Yes, the heavens just parted for busy women everywhere at the mention of a 30-minute workout.

The entire program is planned for your strength level and fitness goals. You basically sit down at a weight machine with a screen attached and it tells you every exercise you need to do for a full-body circuit-training workout. You plug your personal key into the computer each time you exercise and your workout and fitness results are tracked. As you progress, the program becomes more challenging. After about 8 weeks on the program, I am wearing Spanx less often and actually looking forward to swimsuit shopping.
